You see, there have been many changes in recent years in the lending industry, the most important is the recent advance in the Internet. These changes, along with increased competition among banks and lenders to get money, have led to the ability for a person with bad credit to get a loan to buy a house.
Of course, one disadvantage is that these loans also usually have an interest rate much higher, as a person with bad credit history are considered higher risk. This does not mean you will not be able to get a pretty descent rate, it just means that the chances are rare.
