The Easiest Way to Find New BusinessAs owners of businesses , you are always thinking of ways to find more business. And if you are like most business owners are likely to focus more on acquiring new customers in caring for those who already have. But in doing so, you could be creating more work in marketing for yourself and leaving a lot of money on the table.

Where you observe, Imports and Long

When employers are looking for business , always tend to look outward, trying to find new customers. But the more we look outside, unless you look at what we already have. As a result, they may not be giving your customers the attention they need and deserve.

If you think a little, there is probably a company that you put aside at some point, whether it was car insurance, or a hairdresser, or elsewhere, and they alone realized when you were. Perhaps they received a letter or postcard in your email in the comment that they noticed they were gone and would like to return to your business .
Do you see any problems with this? The issue is that they are not only trying to get new customers (you), but are also trying to retrieve the customer who already had! It’s like a dog chasing its tail. And if you fall into this trap, they are constantly working to get customers in the same way. Believe me, there is no better way to handle this situation.

Changing the Focus

There are many lies that haunt the world of business , and which may end up destroying anyone. Try to pull out those ideas and lies of the head and have discovered the process because many employers cannot grow your business . The key is knowing how to treat their current customers to keep them from leaving, rather than waiting until they get tired and end up going, because if they get to that point and go, be obliged to go and also send a letter say that you appreciate their business and they want to know how to recover. Do not wait to get to that point. Instead, invite them to be now. Let them feel like they cannot go elsewhere.

Here are some ways that you can put the focus on current customers, and that will bring many more business (and possibly more clients):

• Thank send them messages regularly. Regardless if it is a letter by hand or a quick phone call, they will appreciate you taking the time to think about them. You can do this after a sale or between sales, just be sure to do so.
• Know Your Customers. When your customers feel a connection with you and feel as if concise a while, they will decrease the chances they go elsewhere. They also feel as if you were being worried about them, beyond a simple sale.
• Take advantage of tools marketing / 7-ways-to-measure-the-roi-of-our-social-media / “> social media such as Facebook and Twitter . This will help them keep in touch with your customers and encourage them to share your site with others.

Sharing Experiences

When you take the time to please the customers you have, you will not have to put a lot of time in marketing more customers or make more revenue from their loved ones. This is because their current customers happy will do the marketing for you through word of mouth, which by the way, happens to one of the most powerful ways of acquiring new business.

So now it’s time to start converting some of their efforts away from always trying to find new customers and instead focus on those you already have. And whatever you do, stop trying to win customers back on the other hand, do not lose in the first place
