When Stephon Heyer was in his senior year he was flooded with many invitations from different colleges and universities around the country. He also received many good offers from Ohio State, Florida, Georgia, Auburn and Clemson. Leaving all these behind Heyer decided to go with Maryland where he enjoyed a stellar career. In 2006 he graduated from Maryland and stepped into the world of professional football.
